Account Boundary
- One paid subscription maps to one agency account.
- Plans do not include multiple separate agencies/orgs under one subscription.
- "Internal teams" means departments or service lines inside the same agency account.

Trial Policy
- Trial length: 14 days.
- Trial storage cap: 2 GB total.
- No storage add-ons during any trial.
- Uploads pause when the trial hits 2 GB.
- Upgrading to paid immediately applies paid plan storage limits.
Trial Eligibility
- New agency account signup can start a 14-day trial on Basic, Pro, or Business.
- Each agency account gets one signup trial.
- First-time move to a higher tier gets a 14-day upgrade trial for that target tier:
- Basic to Pro: 14-day Pro upgrade trial
- Pro to Business: 14-day Business upgrade trial
- Upgrade trials are one-time per tier per agency account.
- Downgrades do not create a new trial.
Storage Add-ons
Storage add-ons are available on paid plans.

Storage Rules
- Add-ons stack.
- Self-serve storage add-ons are capped at +1 TB.
- Above +1 TB requires custom enterprise quote.
- If a paid account exceeds current storage allocation, uploads pause until storage is increased or usage is reduced.
Infrastructure Strategy
- Production default: self-hosted Convex with R2 for Drive storage.
- Pre-launch private testing period validates reliability (backups, restore, upgrades) before public launch.
- If self-hosted reliability is not acceptable before launch, fallback is managed Convex with the same pricing policy.
