Docs Site Spec

apps/docs publishes the app-facing docs from docs/app.

Responsibilities​

  • durable starter architecture docs
  • app-surface ownership docs
  • starter extension guidance that should be visible in the docs site

Non-responsibilities​

  • developer operations docs
  • backend runbooks that are only relevant to implementers
  • temporary migration or audit notes
  • client-specific product planning

Publishing Rules​

  • docs/app is the source of truth for the docs site
  • docs/dev stays repo-local and must not be mounted into Docusaurus
  • if a doc is temporary, project-specific, or only useful during repo cleanup, keep it out of the main app-docs sidebar
